Who we are:
We are a group of worship leaders in the Mid-valley whose goal is to gather Jesus followers and spread the Gospel of Jesus through worshiping together and proclaiming His Word. We believe that true hope can only be found in Jesus and our community is in desperate need for Him. We also believe in the importance of unity within the larger body of Christ. Unity between believers is so important that Jesus even prayed for us to be unified in Him in John 17:20.
In the fall of 2016 a group of five Albany worship pastors came together with their congregations to have our first Community Worship Night. Since then, we have continued to invest in relationships between different churches, Hosting several worship events for the community.
As the both relationships and the movement began to grow, we had our first Worship in the Park event in 2019 at Monteith Park which saw over 700 in attendance and multiple people coming to accept Jesus as Lord for the first time. For many obvious reasons, we were unable to meet in 2020. However, the following year we were able to gather at Hope Church for a community night of worship and have a worship conference with author Jeff Deyo for the sole purpose of pouring into Albany’s worship teams after a very trying time during Covid. Last year we were able to gather once again at Monteith with 1k – 1.5k people in attendance and over 10 churches involved from Albany, Corvallis and Lebanon! Many gave their life to Christ and were connected to a local church.
We are better together! Join us at Monteith River Park on August 21st at 7 pm as we partner with Hope 107.9 and the Albany Worship Collective (representing over 10 churches) to celebrate the unity and hope we have in Christ.
